Repurposing old buildings to new uses can often result in something greater than the sum of its parts. That is the case where this old brick structure, originally an auto mechanics garage, was transformed into a private exercise club and spa and luxury office spaces. Tucked within an older urban environment, the structure was made particularly notable in its neighborhood with the addition of delightful new entrance architecture and a tiny fountain courtyard.
