Description

This structure was transformed from what was once a mechanics shop, then a take-away food establishment, into what could be mistaken for an old carriage house which now serves as an upscale retail boutique. New faux stable doors and a historically inspired portico create the carriage house illusion. New sumptuous interiors were created with classically inspired wood paneling and trim to provide elegant retail spaces. New sun-filled offices were created with the addition of dormers on the second floor.
